Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are automatically processed and submitted to our suppliers. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery Times We ship to addresses within the United States only. Because our products ship from multiple supplier locations, estimated delivery times may vary:
- Domestic (US) shipments: 3–7 business days
- Shipments from international supplier locations: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at curatedchaos.databridge@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.

- We currently only ship to US addresses.
