Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we stand behind the quality of every order. If you receive a wrong item, a damaged product, or your order never arrives, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we will make it right either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
To report an issue, please reach out to us at curatedchaos.databridge@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item (if applicable). We'll review your case and respond within 2-3 business days.
Please note: In the rare event that a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
